For All of my logically minded friends, what about DNA? Are we not biologically our progenitors?

I'm truly sorry, I love your questions, but is there some ambiguity in this? If it's possible to know the thoughts, "mind" of the creator, doesn't that assume there is a creator whose thoughts & mind can be known? Then, how could we be the creator? In my humble opinion, the thoughts & mind of a creator are imagined, fantasied, by humans. IF there is a creator, how could we possibly "assume" (or better still) project our unevolved concepts on this creator? I would venture to say that "we" create the only possible perception of a creator. I guess the bottom line would be, if we KNOW, then how could we be the creator? ( That is not to say that I believe in a creator or not.)

Well, yes and no. What we would call God/Essence/Existence is not a thinking thing or even a thing, but rather that out of which thinking things (mind) arises. The Source of thoughts is not, itself, thinking; it thinks through the mind that is thinking about these words.

And so to know the thoughts that arise out of Essence is a simple matter in a way, because they're your thoughts, but also a complex matter because there are 6 billion other aspects of Consciousness through which thinking is occurring also. The "mind of God" is the collective mind of all of humanity, and these thoughts are creative since creation and perception are the same, and thought is a part of the process of perception.

If we wonder why things appear to have gone horribly wrong, properly placing the mind of God gives us a good clue. However, individuals are not really the source of these thoughts, but rather they are conceptualizations that arise directly from and within Consciousness itself, by way of individualized perception.

Humans are not the creator even though creation happens through the process of perception within human consciousness. Humans are merely vehicles of perception formed by Consciousness. What we all are is this Consciousness. It's the only Existence and all else is illusion formed within it.

So, humans are the mind of the creator, but Consciousness is the creator of the humans and the thinkingness which arises.

Yes and yes, but I think we are the creator with a lower case 'c'.

(I would like to elaborate on my first answer.)

You once stated: "The whole is equal to the sum of All of it's parts.." If this were true, it would imply that everything is related and connected by virtue of being an individual part of the Whole. I agree to an extent, but regardless, I've learned that the only thing we really need to do is to become conscious of what already is.
As we become more conscious of our place within the Whole, we realize that even our individual minds are connected to the Whole Mind. We both know what this implies.
The trick is to learn shift your perspective from the individual mind to the Whole Mind.

A child knows the mind of his parents but they are not the parents. A child knows how parents think in certain situations but it doesn't mean they know everything about their parents.

Nor are we the Creator.

I sometimes have a deeper sense of some universal purpose- things happen in my life that seem to be for a reason- but I don't indulge in it because it might just be fantasy.
