not that I want to be pulled over on my bike but I notice I've never seen a police officer pull a bike over even when there speeding. Is there a code in the books to leave motorcylist alone?

Bikes do get pulled over, but you must realize two things. 1. There are a lot more cars on the road then bikes. 2. Most bikers are law biding, as they just want to ride, and not be hassled.

I've been pulled over several times while on my bike. I was speeding or rolled through a stop sign, whatever. It happens all the time.
Law of Numbers comes into effect, fewer bikes = fewer pullovers.
I'm pretty sure if you pass a cop car on the right to run a red light at 3 AM you'll see a biker get pulled over.

I've got a buddy who was pulled over on his Ninja 6R once. Basically, pulling over a motorcycle is difficult because the driver can pull off suddenly as the officer approaches and it also creates more of a traffic hazard than a car would because of the lack of a protective frame. If a police chase ensues, it is easier for the driver to lose control or get away or even hurt others driving on sidewalks or whatever.

I pull speeding motorcycles over all the time.

There is no code or rule about not citing a motorcycle rider.

I've seen plenty of motorcycles pulled over. And it's always those rocket type of bikes too.

are you kidding! I see it all the time. I saw one guy pulled over without a helmet looking very sheepish. You probably aren't seeing it cause you have your eyes on the road and traffic --right?

they are alittle harder to get a radar reading on, the radar picks up the vechile with the most reflextive surface.

Also there are not as many motorcycles as cars, but they do get pulled over

I can tell you that the ones they SHOULD be pulling over, and aren't....those little cupcakes that think it's cute to weave in and out of traffic...some times I wish I was a cop.....
