You should run to advanced auto or wal-mart and grab a set of "ford tools", a set of U-shaped metal pieces. You will insert these into the four holes in the radio, put tension outward and pull out.

The Plastic trim pops off there should be 4 to 6 clips holding the trim piece in. If you have an airbag light on that trim piece, do not unplug it, or if you unplug it, do not turn your vehicle on at all until you plug it back in. There should be 2 or 4 7mm screws holding the radio in place.
