It will probably work but will you be able to eat like this until December and be happy?

I use Weight Watchers. You are able to eat what you want and they teach you how to not eat too much of it. I don't know how much you want to loose but I lost 26 lbs. in my first 3 months and I am never hungry. I do use a Hoodia and Green Tea supplement now but when I first started in the program I didn't. You really need a life change for a "diet" to work because when you stop dieting and go back to what you were eating then the weight comes back. With W.W. I still eat what I want (yes chocolate and pizza) but I eat it in moderation and it is something I can live with the rest of my life.

OK, let me tell you now by having a medium size bowl of porridge with either milk or water in the morning, u will feel full for at least 3.5 hours and will easily stop you from binging out on such things as chocolates, crisp etc.
You can't eat what you want if you want to lose fat. Exercise, ie. resistance is the growth stimulus. Diet will be the factor in your body composition after this stimulus. You can still have plenty of muscle, but if your diet is not considerate then you won't see those results until you shed the fat above it.

It's really simple, at each meal eat a porition of each: protein, complex carbohydrates and some fats, with fruits for minerals and vitamins. If not fruit, some supplements may be effective but theres an article on newscientist.com that says antioxidants in pill form aren't as effective as fruit -- the theory goes theres another molecule in fruits that makes those anti-oxidants hang around in the gut longer, to take effect, seems to not be the case for pills. But, there is no difference between the minerals in an apple and those in a pill. The molecule is the same and no ''all-natural'' hype can change that.

Mine is something like this now.

Meal 1: oats with milk. 1 large orange, 1 teaspn peanut butter

Meal 2: 1 tin of tuna w/ teaspoon of dressing, 1 banana, 1 teaspn peanut butter

Meal 3: 1 portion fresh Salmon, small bowl of strawberries

Of course, i usually eat more but it's all in moderation and basically the same.

It's really simple: by eating a portion of each of the above, you'll have all the nutrients you need but won't take in too many calories at the end of the day, neither will you starve. Thats it.

It really is amazing. I can easily go at least 4 hours without anything, sure i could eat something if i wanted, but i feel totally and utterly satisfied yet not full. It's cool! Can't really describe it. Then my stomach starts rumbling, i have anorther meal and im fine again. But anyway..

Consider a flax seed supplement also.

Throughtout each day drink water, 2.5-3 liters over the course of the day is OK. More if you want but you don't need to be obsessive.

Good luck

it looks like there are only carbs in this diet. where is protein? veggies? fruit???
it doesnt look good to me at all.
besides - diet is a way of life and i cant see anybody following this for more than a couple of days.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Eat what you want, but it's exercise that helps in the end. Talk to a fitness trainer about what to do with you back and leg. Honestly, as long as you eat healthy and right and not too much, you're still going to maintain the weight unless you go to the gym.
