Redken Extreme is a real good product for damaged hair.

i don't think there's any way you could undo the damage.. however it's not too late to avoid further damage
first & foremost, stop using straightener & let your hair dry naturally (avoid blow drying as much as possible)
use conditioner every time after shampoo & try deep conditioning once a week... make sure you choose the one that suits your hair type
take some supplement/ vitamins for your hair & avoid any chemical treatment (dyeing, coloring, bleaching, relaxing, perming) for at least 2 months.. then your hair should be fine
p/s: once every two week i apply mayonnaise on my hair before going to bed and wash it the next morning (it helps a little, but only if you can stand the smell)

I had major damage from constat streaking and straightening my hair. I used Joyco's K-Pax shampoo and conditioner and within a couple of weeks it was great! Also a hot oil treatment works wonders :)

Try the Aussie 3-Minute Miracle. It really restores the moisture in hair, and its cheap too.

Bed Head makes great ourishing shampoo. Also, put in Bed Head Afterparty and Bed Head Goddess. They add vitamins and stuff. That's how I keep my hair in order!

once hair is damaged, it can not be fixed - you have to cut it off or let it grow out. Hair is mostly not alive (first inch or two) and can not be repaired.

Salons do treatments for damaged hair. They can also recommend better products to help. Don't color it anymore until it's "healthy" again. Don't color your hair yourself. Always go to a salon. Good luck

truth? once a week soak your hair in mayonaise and baby oil, leave it on for about 8 hours then wash it, you may have to wash it a couple of times, but it fixed my hair
