Absolutely you should report this to the school first thing Monday morning.
I doubt the bus driver is aware of this.

For starters, the bus driver is NOT allowing this. Just because there are cameras on the bus doesn't mean the bus driver is the person viewing them. The cameras are used as a tool whenever an issue has come to light, NOT for daily review by someone not paid enough to do the very difficult task of driving a large vehicle through heavy traffic and monitoring 60 kids at the same time.
Yes, you should report it. I can't believe you even have to ask.

I have 4 boys and they do play that game around age 8 usually in a private place such as the basement or out side some where.
The school bus is NOT the place and I am sure If dirver had known this, he would have reported it to the school. The bus camera tapes, most times are only viewed if there was a problem on the bus. Otherwise, the tape will have probably been erased or taped over.
It is your responsibility to report this to the school.

Oh my goodness, they start young, don't they? Yes, definitely report this to the school - I doubt the bus driver would know, kids are pretty sneaky and in any event, he's hopefully concentrating on the road and the traffic. The tapes should be reviewed, but they may not keep them for more than a day or two anyway, and they may not show anything.
I would also explain to your son why this behaviour is inappropriate - both in children AND in adults and why our private parts are meant to be private and to praise him for being honest with you and telling you about this inappropriate behaviour - it's great that he feels he can confide in you and trusts you to do the right thing, well done.

I would report it, I know that kids can be little perves at that age, and do all sorts of silly things in the name of peer pressure, but there are thing that they need to learn there are consequences for. Nobody should have to be subjected to seeing anyone alses private areas no matter how old they are. And furthermore you might be helping to prevent a bad thing from happening, why if there are cameras and the bus driver can see what is going on has he not or she not put a stop to it. Perhaps the bus driver doesnt realize whats happening or maybe he/she is a pervert. Report it.

ALOT happens on a school bus that those poor bus drivers are unaware of. Think about how difficult it is just to drive your OWN kids around and then think about driving 30-50 kids around! You have to concentrate on the road. I think that there should be a school bus monitor on each and every bus. They spend money on sillier things. Kids nowadays are really shocking me. We had a several fifth graders in our school that were drawing graphic sex pictures and giving them to the other fifth grade girls and telling them this is what they want to do to them. 5th GRADE! Can you believe that!? What are we going to do?! I really suggest you talk to the school, being sure to stay calm and not be upset with the busdriver since his job is to ensure that your child arrives home safely. Kids are just changing now. Cartoons are even bad now. You have to watch the underlying messages of some of these cartoons! I just can't believe it.

Yes, definitely report it. All buses should have a bus monitor, a human bus monitor, not a camera. At our school we have a "bus office" where you go to get bus passes and figure out which bus your kid rides. If your school has one go there and report the behavior and also report it to the principal of the school.

Yes, report it as soon as possible. You can ask your son who the kids are. These kids may be making other kids uncomfortable with their actions. The bus driver may not be seeing it because even if there are cameras, he or she needs to pay really close attention to the road with such a large, hard to control vehicle. If these kids keep this up, it could get worse if they keep getting away with it. Just like with criminals, the more thay get away with something, the worse it gets.

Definitely report this. I had a school bus driver, tell me that two thirteen year old females, stripped themselves nude on a bus, on a "double dare". The initial behavior of the two boys, could lead to something else.

U answered your own question. Report your concerns, the videos should be reviewed. Then the school can address the parents of the kids "goofing" off. They have alot of privacy issues but unless it is done legally with a valid complaint it will continue.
