She is so patheically desperate, it's sickening. Gov. Schwartzengger should make an example of her and persuade the authorities to veto the pardon. Just because you have money and celebrity doesn't mean you're above the law. That's part of the reason why I got sick of the O.J. Simpson trial, and din't take much interest in Michael Jackson. Also, the fact that the media overrated these events, and now they're doing the same to Paris. UGH!

The whole Paris Hilton story makes me sick. She so obviously thinks the world revolves around her and she is above the law. I really hope they send her to jail for the 45 days just like any of us would have to do. Of course if it was one of us, there'd be no doubt we'd do jail time for what she has done. I'm sure she'll find a way to make a reality show out of her stay and turn it into gold. She has somehow managed to become a "star" just because she is rich. It certainly isn't because of her talent!

Who really cares if she goes to jail, the only way to hurt these people is in the pocket. If it cost , say $1000 a day to keep her in jail , fine her that amount. Ban her for driving for 5 yrs with the understanding she hires a chaffuer. If she gets caught driving in them 5 yrs, straight to chockey to serve the rest of the ban in jail, then she cannot moan!

She didnt actually put in the pettition, some of her loyal fans did. I seen a video of her leaving her new lawyers office in her moms car with her mom and paris crying. She is going to go but she will have and officer with her at all times. She will be in her own cell and she will be by herself 23 hour a day, the other hour is split up into breaks lunches etc. She also will have security cameras on her at all times, just in case anyone tries to pull anything. Being who she is they cant just throw her in with the rest of them, they will destroy her. Also she cant help that she was born rich, its her parents fault for raising her like a crazy thing.

She is scared out of her life. The notoriety surrounding her case and her status mean the ordinary prisoners will try to take advantage of her while she is in .She is likely to be sexually abused and subject to physical hard treatment both prison staff and other inmates. She could possibly come to serious harm.Unless her safety, not just her dignity, can be assured she must spend her sentence in isolation,She was sentenced to time in jail, not to physical harm.
