Start > programs > accessories > System tools > Character map
and then choose any font that contains this synbol & others "supporting some languages like Frenche for example - Lariat- "
Double click on the letter then copy it .

ç is also a letter in Turkish alphabet. Since we have this letter in our keyboards, I don't know how to write it on a English keyboard. In addition, ç is read as ''ch'' in Turkish. For example tea is called çay and read as chai.

It really depends on the configuration of your keyboard (both physical and language settings) and also on where you are typing.
On word though the shortcut is:
Ctrl+,,C
or else do what I did for years: copy and paste
I saved a notepad file with lots of characters and used that whenever I needed it. It was so handy!

On my system I press control + comma and then the letter c. But if you can't do that, go into "Insert", select "symbols" and access it that way. If you use it a lot, you could even set up your own shortcut key for doing this.

Hey Rita! Have you tried clicking on "Insert" then "Symbol" when you are on Microsoft Word? You'll find "Insert" on the upper left column..Clicking on "Symbol" will be easier as you can choose alot of special characters from Eastern European up to Semitic fonts..

For most programs using the ' then the c.
Otherwise, your computer likely has a list of special signs.
