I want it to stay warm but not get over cooked.. There baked apples if that helps

The warm setting or 150F will keep your apples warm...but not indefinitely.

Most ovens have a WARM setting on the dial. This is where you should set the oven to maintain the correct degrees.

Food should be held at 140F. Anything lower than that puts the food into the "danger zone" and can cause food poisoning issues.

150 degrees it will drop tenon serving~~
