I would never tell anyone that they will go to hell it's not my place to judge. I will tell you the kind of people that do you can judge for yourself.
Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Matthew 7:21-24
Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
To be acceptable to God we must do the work that His grace demands. And what is the work?
John 6:28-29
Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God?
Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.
So are you a Christian? Are you doing the WORK of God? You can do many great and wonderful works but are those the work Jesus has said are required? I will pray that you come to a place in your spiritual life were you know the answer.. Jim

No. You won't be sent to Hell just bacause you don't believe or behave the way other people do. And you are still a christian.
I understand your dilemma..been there as well.
I am Jewish and at times when I engage on talks regarding faiths, I sometimes ask myself if Jesus is indeed the son of God and ask myself if Ido have to accept him as my personal messiah so that I can be with G-d. But, I lately understood that the faith is actually more personal than communal, some may say that Jesus said that the way to G-d is thru him holds credit that we must accept him, but I think of it as His ways show that we must act according to the scriptures and help one another and not to judge the people around us.
I admire the way you think that Jesus sits with the non-believers and homosexuals and the like, true for, if I am right, a prophet never discriminates, more especially Jesus. I always believed that it is not simply just because we deviate from the norms that we are doomed to go to hell, didn't the scriptures say that we must know ourselves and be happy with who we are, that way we can understand the works of the spirit...so long as we haven't done anything wrong against other people, given that, I don't think no one has the right to tell someone he has to be like this and that..for only that Someone can determine how his life is gonna be. I believe that Jesus is the son of G-d the same as we are G-d's children..I believe that you don't have to proclaim someone as your personal messiah/savior,not until you are ready and not until you have understood your essence. I am sure you won't go to Hell just because you are searching for answers, and I am also sure you know what you can do to reach Heaven.
G-d Bless you and your family!

The fact that you felt it necessary to ask such a question is symptomatic of why so many are suspicious of the motives and the manner of the so-called 'Christian' churches.
Firstly it's usually best to go with your 'heart', your feelings. If you feel that the Jesus story seems 'right' for you, then go with that. You absolutely are not under any obligation to follow any 'orders' as to what, and how, to believe, and treat with extreme caution anyone telling you otherwise.
The whole of Roman dogma is riddled with inconsistencies, and has been used for almost it's entire 1,700 hundred year existence as a mass-control mechanism, sometimes with horrendous effects. None of which has anything, whatsoever, to do with the teachings of the person known as 'Jesus of Nazareth'.
There is no such 'place' as hell, the Vatican, in the form of Pope John-Paul II offically recanted the existence of a physical location of a place of eternal torment back in 1999, it's on record at the Vatican website.
So, no, nobody is 'going to Hell', ever. That piece of garbage has finally been caste out into the dump, which was, incidentally where the Hebrew word for 'hell' originated, it was the enormous garbage dump outside Jerusalem !
In general if someone is trying to force you to either do something or say something, or believe something, and they are using fear as the motivating factor you may safely turn away from it without another thought. In fact I urge you to run away from such cr*p just as fast as your legs will carry you ! ;-)

You can't classify Jesus as simply a kind and loving man. He said He was the Son of God, on multiple occasions. If He wasn't, then He was either a liar or insane, and neither of those can be classified as a "good" man. So He is either a liar, a lunatic, or He is who He says He is -- God in human form.
So He's not just a good man. And if He is who He says He is, then He must be speaking the truth. And He says, "no one comes the Father except through Me."
God has laid out a plan of salvation, and it includes sacrificing His own Son to pay the penalty for our sins.
Speaking of sin, it doesn't really matter if you haven't killed anyone. The Bible says if you've thought evil thoughts toward someone else, you've committed murder in God's eyes. We are commanded to be holy, as God is holy. It's impossible to meet that standard, and God cannot look upon sin or be in the presence of sinners. He is not only perfectly loving, but He is perfectly just, and cannot and will not forgive sin unless we meet His standards.
We are all sinners, and have fallen short of the glory of God, and the wages of sin is death (eternal life in hell). The good news ("gospel") is that, while we were still sinners, Jesus died for us, so that we might have forgiveness of those sins.
Believe in Christ's sacrifice, believe that He died for you, admit to God that you are a sinner and need Jesus to save you. Turn away from your sin, and you will be forgiven. There is no other name under heaven by which mankind can be saved except the name of Jesus.

Well seeing as how the bible is the word of God, any belief based on that i think you would be safe with. Self made beliefs not based upon Gods will would make them your own opinion and not necessarily fact.
Oh and really do some reserch on hell. No loving god would send humans to burn for all eternity.

In Judeo-Christian terms, people are not reincarnated over and over. In Judaism, once the Moshiach arrives, then a person may be reincarnated...once. The good that comes from giving the person a second opportunity is to encourage them to change their free will. In other words, it gives them another opportunity to redeem themselves for the better. If they don't make it the second time around (or multiple times, in the case of Tibetan Buddhism and Hinduism) then the person doesn't get into heaven at all. This is sort of like the parent saying, "You don't get to eat the dessert until you finish your dinner". The evil person must complete their "dinner" on earth before they can enjoy their "cake" in heaven. If they don't, then they're destined to stay at the plate until they do. Answering your second question: G-d doesn't create people who are "designed" to be bad. Written in the Torah (AKA: The Old Testament), G-d gave all mankind free will to be as good or bad as they want to be, but He also tells us that there are penalties for being bad. TO TREY4JC & HANDYMAN: Jews write "G-d" instead of writing G-d's full name because it is considered offensive to G-d if his name is destroyed (which ultimately must happen sooner or later to the written form of his name). We consider it offensiive because ultimately the name written on paper (or even electronically) will not last forever, or it may be crumpled up and thrown in the trash, or incinerated...all of which would be unacceptable to G-d. We don't write it that way to be offensive to others, we write it to respect G-d's name.

How can you ever know of Jesus without going to church. How can you determine what He will or will not do with such limited knowledge. God is a righteous God who will not allow sinful people in His kingdom. The only way to escape Hell is to ask Jesus to forgive your sin. Please continue to seek Him and learn all you can.
