I know what you are saying Brother.
The Bible says doing these things is casting your pearls before the swine.
It gets hard but I try to find someone with serious questions.
We as Christians need to do what we can to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ and to help those in need.
We should ignore the atheist and what ever else comes against us and go to those who really are looking for some kind of help.

Where else can they get two points for defending their beliefs, even if it's in response to an obviously baited question? Maybe because confronting someone in Y!A is a lot less threatening than in real life. Of course, if anyone confuse this with real life, they have some issues -- Christian or otherwise.
[edit] I don't agree at all that atheists should be ignored. Some of the most pertinent, pointed questions here -- the ones that shake us up a bit and make us think beyond glib phrases and pat answers -- come from atheists.

Repetition is the core of education.
As long as uneducated people ask obvious questions good teachers will continue to answer.
Look at God, there is no one "Prophet", there are a lot of Prophets in the old Testament. Moses gave us the Torah and Christians distributed it to the entire world, just as Isaiah foretold and God sent Christians out to spread the Good News of forgiveness of sins in the existence of the one True and Living God.
Of course, if you do not feel led to witness you should not, even if Jesus did give us the Great Commision.

Your not really making that much sense, but if you don't like us doing that maybe you should stop looking at questions were theres that possibility, request Spiritualtity and Religion to be seperated or just leave.
I get mad when I ask questions about God or the bible and people are constantly telling me that I'm wrong, and making me feel like I have no right to my own beliefs.
Also don't sterotype a whole group for the actions of a few. Its like saying all Athiests are bad drivers. Its simply not true!

Its the idea that one must try. By believing in God one is taught to follow in his footsteps i.e. spreading the word. No one is a lost cause because anyone can be saved. Christians want to reply to people's questions to help them and i dont see anything wrong with them trying

Good point. Ignore the trolls and they may go away. Keep feeding them pious slogans and they just laugh and think up another stupid and/or rude question to get you angry and make them laugh.
I'm not a Christian, but anyone can see you don't win converts by falling in troll scat.

I think it is good that all the stupid people are here, because here you can learn. God can change heart that is willing to love Him.
