What are the most common illnesses that people get which end up with them having a short stay in hospital?
(Not broken bones or asthma)

pneumonia, congestive heart failure, pyelonephritis, appendicitis, cholelithiasis, infections requiring IV treatment, food poisoning, diverticulitis. Those are just a few.
