33 damn... I'm 57 and lifting weights...I have'nt always lifted weights but have always done some form of exercise since I was 13..Of course it's not too late...33 OMG

Geez no! I used to manage a gym and lots of folks started entering competitions at your age and older!

it's never too late. remember to do cardio as well as strength training.
