I'm hoping it's not a bad driving habit , but it may need a tune up , or a bad fuel of filter problem

Make sure the rubber boot from the throttle to the air flow meter is tight and not split open. Called the Sentra in the USA the sunny has a smaller engine over where you are. There may be a tune up issue.
