I have tried all kinds of online calculators and I get all kinds of different numbers. one says it's 117-166 bpm, another says 140.7-170.85 bmp. There is no way I can reach that and keep it up for 20-30 minutes. I've managed to get my heart rate up to 132 bpm and keep it there for 20 minutes. I have only really just started exercising.

I think as long as you exercise and raise your heart rate, you'll lose weight. I never worried about my target heart rate and have lost weight.
