it takes about 2 weeks of thinking and planning before a person really can get involved in their weight loss plan. maybe you are expecting too much and depriving yourself too much. just eat a well balanced diet with proper portions, drink lots of water and exercise 30 minutes every day. allow yourself an indulgence once in a while. I eat out once a week and order whatever I want. use these sites to help you get in gear.

yes that would include me

it's so frustrating isn't it. i can usually start a day great but by the evening completely ruin it by convincing myself i don't care anymore. 10 minutes later i'm depressed and VOW to start a healthy regime tomorrow. p.s. i've done that for the past 3 months.

gosh, i wish it were easy. i think i'm doing everything right but maybe some people are just meant to be larger. i work alot harder at weight loss than so much people around me (in terms of exercise and food control) but am experiencing lesser results. BUT WHY!!

Perhaps the plan you are on is not the right one for you. There are literally hundreds of different diet plans out there and you should find one that you will find easy to stick to.
