When I gently apply pressure to my stomach a feel sick and I have been experiencing slight pain and aching just below my pelvis on the right and left side?

this description sounds like constipation. It will make you sick to your stomach and cause the aching feeling, that is where the intestines are located.

I suggest you start using a powdered fiber supplement first thing in the morning and last thing at night to start the intestines functioning normally. Eat high fiber foods such as: whole grain cereals, brown rice, fruits and vegetables.

Try this for a couple of weeks. If you don't feel better see your medical doctor.

Don't mind some of the others. Young people can get sick just like older people. I know some of them make it up, but it doesn't mean everyone makes it up. If in doubt you doctor should be able to help you. I hope it is nothing serious.

Sounds like it is your monthly cycle causing cramps.
If you are really worried then go to see your doc.

could be any number of things to be honest and we aren't docs the best thing for u to do if your concerned is go see your doc.....hope u feel better soon xx

r u pregnant? could be anything related to periods etc..... go to docs and tell them.
