this description sounds like constipation. It will make you sick to your stomach and cause the aching feeling, that is where the intestines are located.
I suggest you start using a powdered fiber supplement first thing in the morning and last thing at night to start the intestines functioning normally. Eat high fiber foods such as: whole grain cereals, brown rice, fruits and vegetables.
Try this for a couple of weeks. If you don't feel better see your medical doctor.

Don't mind some of the others. Young people can get sick just like older people. I know some of them make it up, but it doesn't mean everyone makes it up. If in doubt you doctor should be able to help you. I hope it is nothing serious.
