You could try the next size of allen key, and hammer it in to the rounded hole, or (2) drill into the bolt and remove with a screw extractor. (3) drill the head right off and remove whatever it's securing, then remove the remaining stud with vise grips.

If it has really rounded "BAD" then you could try a TORX bit. Very similar but curved sides and therefore may just grip. You need to apply some releasing agent and if you can without damage try tapping it to help in the un-sieze process
Again if at all possible apply heat from the hot air gun and combined with all other methods you might be lucky
If all fails then the only way is to drill off the hex head and remove the item secured and then you will be able to temp the remaining part of the screw out of the hole

I have had to get out many damaged, seized and broken bolts throughout 40 years in car repairs. Good luck.

I'm guessing it's a fairing bolt? It happens a lot.

You can try the other suggestions but usually it ends up with you having to drill the bolt head off. Fortunately allen head bolts are very easy to drill out. Once you've drilled the head off it releases the tension on the bolt and the rest of it will usually unscrew easily with a pair of pliers.

Soak it for a bit in penetrating fluid like WD40. Cut a slot in the top if you can get to it and go at it with an impact driver. You can pick them up for a fiver. Heating it up works wonders but be careful if its an ally casing or whatever.

If you have any of the "torx"type bits they usually come in little sets you could try hammering one with atight fit into your rounded off allen slot. the effect of the hammering etc will often loosen the grip of the screw and make it easier. I presume you cant grip the outside of the screw cos if you could then a visegrips is the easiest way to shift it. you could try using a sharp chisel and hammer cutting into the head inan anticlockwise direction with the tip of the chisel....best of luck

if its a elenkey bolt grind a slot in the head and undo it like a screw ... or a hex bolt that has rounded migweld another hex bolt to it .. "the thread end to the head of the rounded one" and undo it... the heat will help the matter...

Not knowing the size of the bolt, you might have to drill and use a bolt extractor.

go and buy an impact wrench set.....these are tools that look like a fat screw driver..when you hit the end with a hammer they unscrew bolts, nuts, screws,..they are a must for working on bikes...they help on cars to...

they are not overly exspensive & are worth there weight in gold...

you could try the other posters ideas...some of them are good & will work.....but the impact wrench is a great investment..

It depends on which part of the bike the allen bolt is and what what the bolt is made of - wheel (disc, sprocket), fairing, engine - plastic, steel, aluminum.
Try this trick -
