I never skipped school. Yes, I was one of "those". I ditched one class because I was angry, but came back and apologized to the teacher after class.

The bus ride was an hour and a half (one way). I'd simply get off the bus, and go to the classes I liked... then skip the afternoon classes and head downtown. As long as I was back before the bus left, I was fine. My chemistry teacher finally wised up to me, and told the bus driver not to let me on. I hitchhiked home, beating the bus. Then I had to hide out in the woods until the bus showed up.
Got busted anyhow. My report card was mailed home with the comment: Andrea hates my chemistry class. If she is so bored, I must say that I look forward not seeing her next year. Please ask her to sign up for the advanced class. PS. She hitchhikes. I know. I sent my wife to drive her home.

I used to get off the school bus at school and then run up in the woods and stayed at an old house all day.When I got hungry I'd walk to the store out the road or slip into the lunchroom.But,I'd always go back to the woods.I'd wait to hear the school buzzer go off and dash back to the bus.
Hmmm, and I made straight A's.

When I was 14, I had a friend who went to another school, call my school saying that I had a dental appointment. The people at the school office obviously picked up that the guy on the phone wasn't my "Uncle Ken", so, I didn't get let out of school.
And there was hell to pay when I got home from school that day!

oh i have done everything possible i was in detention room once and was bored to death so i got up and walked right outta the room went to the bathroom opened the fan and got out .. was a guy who didnt give a flying chit about anything :D

I used to go by bus when i was young ,my stop was not visible from my house and i used to bunk the whole day with my stupid friends roaming the whole city with hardly any money

headache was always a favourite and hit idea..that was when I was younger. I still use it though.

I'd just say I was sick and Mom would let me stay home. No lengths. I was sick a lot....

I once jumped off of my bunk bed. OMG that hurt.I'm still 10.
