In this world we always see two kinds just opposite to each other.
Man & Woman
Day & Night
Rain & Shine
Cold & Hot
Sun & Moon
Good & Bad
This is part of the nature. You can not change it. May be you can control it. Because of the hot weather we differntiate the cold weather and enjoy it vis-versa. As long as good is there the bad will also be there. It is our resposibility to minimise the bad and maximise the good. We can not totally eliminate the bad.

Because man has a sin nature because of the fall in the garden of eden. Eve ate the apple, and Adam let her do it. But Jesus paid the price for your sins and if you believe that He is God the Son, and lived a sinless life in your place and place all your trust in him, then you can gain entrance to heaven as a free gift.

Because the bad and good balance one another.. and also when everything is good people don't appreciate what they have.... bad is there to remind us that we are all human
