Because the Truth about 9/11. . .at least what we have been told is the truth, just doesn't match up to the subsequent actions that have taken place since 9/11.

So, many people are in conflict about what really was the cause of such actions. . . .and then comes the WHY did anybody do this? And then WHY aren't we doing something about it.

The more we are told that Iraq had something to do with it, the more we are told that Iraq had nothing to do with it. Yet, there we are! Causing great suffering to people who haven't done anything to us.

Quite frankly, the actions of this administration, and the way they have used 9/11 as an excuse to do all kinds of things that we were bought up to think were not allowed by this country. . .well, the whole picture just doesn't jive.

When something bad happens and we don't really know what caused it, we don't know how to prevent it from happening again. Many people feel vunerable.

Something like the real truth as to why this happened and a plan to make sure it doesn't happen again, would really put all the skepticism to rest.

National Security searching us at the airports is totally futile. So is making a great big data base on all the citizens of this country. Searching our phone and library records, recruiting the "Cable Guy" to report on what they see in homes, screening people before they enter buildings, not allowing people to bring water on a plane, making us take off our shoes at airports. . all this is to just keep us distracted . . to make us think that this administration is doing something.

The inconvenience of all these actions is nothing but a big bother and a violation of our Constitutional Rights, and doesn't make us any safer.

Amit, not every body views 9/11 skeptically as you think. I do believe that those who downplay the tragic event, are a minority who harbor hatred for anything American or western world. They may be few but very vocal and prominent in every major international news media. This is basically why twin towers were blown up; to force the world's attention unto themselves. In my own country, we were victim of a similar attack with a loss of about 300 lives. I cannot reconcile my feeling to these psychopaths who calmly go blowing themselves and others up just to make a political point. This warped mentality becomes even more scary when you understand the religious twist added to justify the savageness of the killers. They expect heavenly reward for spilling innocent blood. Sad isn't it ?. We have injustices all over but dialog and talking is noble than murdering innocent people. If they must take lives, why not pick on their antagonistic armed personnel like solders ?.
It's like attacking an infant instead of taking on an equal worthy opponent.

If you understand philosophically the two natures of man which are the Nobility of man and the Cruelty of Man. Its really unexplainable and undefinable the dis-ordered things inside the ordered universe. 9/11 is a major event in American history because why should they suffer when their general sin is just going to their job area everyday and back home after off hours in that twin towers in New York?

Because liberals have a problem facing reality and so try to minimize 9/11. You will notice it is always the liberals who do this. They can only deal with ideals and 9/11 doesn't fall into that category. It is truly amazing what they can block out.

liberals dont understand it and want to use it and the media to mask the power grab from the razor thin mandate of 06. its alot easier to villify bush than do something about it as evidenced by no action on iraq from the pelosi/reid regime since election.

I think trying to link Iraq and Saddam with it might have something to do with it instead of catching Bin Laden.
