I have a broken turn signal. Can their be a quick fix other than paying $180.00? The turn signal can be used by placing your finger in the switch. This is a problem, because I can not always get to the signal in time before I turn. Could a paper clip some how work?

check on ebay for the part, you might be surprised how much you can save. or even put it into google.

worse case (if you are talking bout the level you move on the steering wheel to turn the blinkers on), glue/screw/bolt some sort of metal rod or wood dowl onto the blinker switch that you are pushing with your finger. and just use that temporary fix... or what we call a "jimmy rig" in the industry.

What kind of car do you drive? 180.00? Go and get a turn signal relay. They are cheap. Whomever told you 180.00 is trying to rip you off. If the actual turn signal lever is broken,. go to a junk yard and find one. It is a lot cheaper and you might just find some other things you need while you're there.
