It was just a couple of punk kids looking to commit a robbery when they found Jordan's father pulled over to the side of the highway. James Jordan had pulled over to sleep off the effects of some alcohol he had consumed that day. The 2 criminals, Daniel Green and Larry Demery, chanced upon him when they were out to rob a motel. They approached him just as he was waking up and killed him. While going through his car to rob him, they realized they had murdered Michael Jordan's father.
There wasn't any conspiracy or mob connection. It was a tragic crime of opportunity committed by a couple of small time hoodlums.

Jordan was told not to look like a super *****...i.e. stop playing so hard out there you look like superman with all those slam dunks and rebounds. His melanin was not to be recognized. He won the championship anyway so they killed his father. Flo Jo, the female sprinter in the 1998 Olympics was killed due to conspiracy as well. So was Bill Cosby s son. Bill tried upon two occasions to purchase a major television network after the last time after being told no they had to teach him a lesson so his son was killed. About Flo Jo, the government could not fathom a beautiful black woman to be the face of generally all black women, she was too appealing. She was able to arouse all men and not only men of color and that was a no no in the world of white supremacy so she was killed and Jackie Joyner was brought up to her level soon after and she in my opinion looks just like a man. Take it or leave it....Deuces!!
