The backdrop of this question is in the link above (my last question).
The night of my brother's death, I was in paranoia (the organization)'s grip. I was watched, so what I did was fake my death. By the camera, I had the lights out, and pretended to slit my wrist. I faked my death and stayed immobile for at least an hour.
What I'm wondering is, did my brother see that while he was on the ship and say "Save yourself, Hannah!" being recorded?
I know that sounds really, really weird, but I still can't figure out why my brother would say that in my head years after his death over and over again, as if in a recording?
Was it a recording of his voice in my head given by paranoia the organization? I really need to know, because it aggravates me to this day not knowing.

That's why I think it was a recording, not his voice from the dead. But, because no one confirms it, I don't know what to think.
It seemed like a recording, because it was repeated in my head over and over again for a few minutes.
