Which cable operator from Dubai offers Indian Channels - entertainment, News?

I have recently landed in Dubai and want to find out who all are the cable operators operating in Dubai. Who is the best amongst all in offering Indian Channels and subscription fees? what is the procedure for taking their subscription? Do I need to buy a Dish & receiver from my own to avail their services or it can be taken on rent as well.

every one offeres different chanells , it depends onthe package u select and on ur budget
