i am having accidents but i went to doctor and she said i just need to do pelvic floor exercises ..but it is getting worse i have to wear pads every day...can i still get operation to get it fixed i am 35 two children

No, you don't necessarily have to have a prolapse to have stress incontinence.

I would recommend consulting a urogynecologist if you haven't already. These are gynecologists who specialize in treating pelvic floor issues in women. And some of the ways that they do it does not necessarily require doing surgery.
