Got to Tools, Internet Options, Click the Security Tab on top, Click Custom Level, Scroll down to where it says Active X Controls and plug-ins, under Automatic Prompting For Active X Controls click Disable.

This should fix your problem

Well, I tried this answer, but "disable" is already clicked on my computer. But there are ones below it not checked "disable" and I don't want to disable everything. Now what? I need more details man; there's a whole list of Active X items listed. I am using Internet Explorer also. Apparently we need to be more specific here.

Run the vundo and combo fix
http://securitynewsfromthenet.blogspot.com/2007/05/vundofix-and-combo-fix.html

If you do not have firefox get it now and use it instead of internet explorer so you dont get any more spyware http://securitynewsfromthenet.blogspot.com/

If you have not already scanned your comp with spybot http://securitynewsfromthenet.blogspot.com/2007/03/spybot-search-and-destroy-spyware-and.html do that now .Update it and then run it so it gets rid of all the spyware and trojans in safe mode .Then use the immunize feature to block bad sites from secretely installing any more trojan downloaders.

you're infested with one (or greater) bugs... your terrific wager is to do a clean format, reinstall your OS, get carry of all your patches... and purchase (sure purchase) a reliable antivirus software (and firewall in case you at the instant are not at the back of a router) sorry yet thats your terrific wager
