There are so many variable here that it will be hard to get into in this short paragraph.
Humans did eat raw meat of course, before fire but, there systems, internally were equipped to take care of the parasites, the bacteria, etc. And, they also had short lives, I'm sure some of this pertaining to this.
Cooking food kills bacteria and makes the meat safe to eat. With all the news about E coli and other bacteria going around would you want to take a chance of getting salmonella or some other life threatening disease from eating raw meat?

Early man was made to eat raw meat but evolution changed that. Slowly through the years we started to change, our body, and now were stuck with eating our food cooked. Granted, some meats can be raw but, I'd be very careful. Besides having diseases and bacterias I'd worry about my system and the way it handled the meat.

Actually humans can eat raw meat. Some people advocate it. I have been told that it is wise to wash off the flesh with silver nitrite to kill any possible bacteria. My grandfather ate raw hamburger all the time and he never got food poisoning. He got it out of the freezer and as soon as enough of it thawed, he would put it on dark rye crackers with limburger cheese or sharp cheddar cheese and LOTS of black pepper and wash it down with beer. Grampa never got food poisoned, but he got constipated so bad that he got sick. Grampa wasn't too careful with dietary discretion. His Father would eat fresh raw meat. When butchering a hog or beef, he would cut the backstrap off the still warm, fresh killed animal and eat it right there. I like burgers that are very, very rare, steaks too, but not raw. As long as the meat doesn't get warm, it is safe, especially if treated with a silver nitrite wash.

No. We can eat raw meat too, like if we just killed an animal (eg a cow) and then start to chow down, we'd be OK because its fresh. If its been lying around for a while itll give us a bad case of poisoning. Since we eat most things that have been frozen or have chemicals pumped into them, our stomachs might not take it anymore. It would take some getting used to now.

If we'd been raised to eat it, we'd have a much easier time with it. We'd have developed the immunities needed to fight against microbes and whatnot that cooking kills. But since the majority of us don't make a habit of eating our meat raw, we don't get the same exposure to the germs that cause food poisoning, and thus, if we suddenly get inundated with loads of them, we get sick. Our bodies just haven't been conditioned to know how to fight it off.

maximum nutrition poisoning comes from micro organism that multiply on the beef after it truly is been lifeless a even as without refrigeration. there's achieveable of having dissimilar varieties of parasites from uncooked meat, whether it hasn't been lifeless very long, if those parasites have been inhabiting the nutrition animal even because it became alive. Lions only take that possibility.

Humans do well on raw meat like beef and if it's been
hanging in a cooler 3 weeks it's more tender, like a second
hand carcass you chase the hyenas off of.
fish and birds however we caught ourselves and should be
eaten fresh to avoid samonella poisoning.
mostly we cook our foods to kill parasites that do effect
other animals i.e. worms your dog gets them too.

Human's can eat raw meat and not get sick. Why can dogs and birds drink out of a dirty puddle in the street and not get sick is what I want to know.

Gastric Juices found in the stomach of Animals are capable of breaking down certain bacterias that humans are not able to due to their absence. Yes it has to do with enzymes. :)

The design (by GOD) is such that the transit time for some animuels is very short, whilst for others ( those that digest plant materials) it is and needs to be longer.
