I am a Target employee (well... my last day was today). I would walk in as soon as possible and talk to what they call an LOD. Leader on Duty. Tell him you fell and you need to go to the doctor. They might be upset with you because you are just another complaining customer, but it needs to be done. You dont want to pay for other people mistakes. You should feel safe. So go talk to them and figure it out.

You can report it but I don't know how much good it's going to do you. I would report it, just in case something serious did happen and you ended up with a lot of medical bills. The problem with it is they'll argue that you were fine and that there was a wet floor sign that you obviously didn't see. If you do report it, be prepared to fight with them if you want any reimbursement for your medical bills.

tell target about the pain. theres nothing wrong with reporting it to the manager. Ive worked in a store similar to that and although it may seem like a nuisance to be telling the manager, but just tell them. Also, have a good attitude about it; they will most likely help you out more. Just tell them to improve on their maintenance of the store and i'm pretty sure everything will be okay. i hope there's nothing serious about your knee and hope your condition will improve

You should probably let them know because they are suppose to file an accident report. You should surely see a doctor obviously you are in a lot of pain! I know how lame that was when I fell an hurt my wrist really badly at Costco.

report it to Target ASAP.
Your insurance company may deny payment for an injury if another party is responsible. You will protect yourself by reporting it even if Target denies your claim.
Lawsuits are killing this country. The lawyer gets 30% and you get little if nothing and the prices at Target will rise for all of us.

You, as many as hundreds of others, blew it. Whether they saw you or not, I'm sure they're going to side with the store they work for. Sorry, think about it.
