ROFL. I so very dearly want you to use testes as the plural of tests, bt no.

just in case you'r not kidding:
Tests is the plural of test. (i.e. an exam)
Testes is the plural of Testis. (i.e. paired male reproductive glands found in the scrotum)

In plural form only words ending with o,s,h,,s takes 'es'.ex 'mango - mangoes'.
Some words ending with 'y' also takes 'es'.
So 'test' become 'tests' in plural.
