Lottery money, community groups, special projects funding.
Your local CAB would probably be a good place to find out which areas to research.

No such thing as grants, free loans, gov. loans, none of it, all myth. And the SBA is not a loan company like most think, it is just a group of retired biz men that tell you what I just told you.

Money to start any company comes from:

1. your pocket
2. friends and family
3. investors, private backers, partners
4. bank loan like anything else
