I exist. Thats the only thing you can be sure of. Even the ability to doubt your own existence is sigh of an observer present, and who can that observer be but you. If there is one thing I can be sure of beyond a shadow of a doubt it is that I exist.

If we limit ourselves to this body and mind then doubt will materialize.
Remove the limitation then everything the mind thinks is the universal truth and there can be no doubts there.

A more basic question would be: do you see red like I see red?
I don't know if what I see is what you see, and what i perceive to be true is what you perceive to be true (ie. fact). So it is hard to say if i know anything for sure, because we don't know if "anything" for me truly exists for you.
