This link provides a recipe for organic insects pray. It's much less toxic to you and your furry friends and is extremely good.
They also make insecticidal soap in spray bottles. Like garden centers or walmart.
One remedy I have always used is

It is like taking aspirin for cure all.

Lady bugs will eat aphids. Or praying mantises as well. Or you can give them a shot of malethion if you want to be really mean. I wish I knew what kind of tiny bugs you have. Are they like spiders?

Is that a sago palm perhaps? and what insects are infesting it? I cannot suggest what to do until more info as to what is affecting it?

Well you can use a mixer of liquid dish soap and water. Or liquid dish soap and water with a tablespoon of Listerine mouthwash. Or order some ladybugs to do the job.

try boric acid powder in small quantity around the tree.
there is a plastic sprinkle bottle of boric acid powder used for killing roaches in most shops dealing in pesticides.
