I believe it means someone that is forgetful, not good in retaining facts, dates or anything else. Poor memory.
Someone that's concentration would be short span. Someone that could not stay focus for any length of time. Someone that would be on his/her feet doing a bunch of stuff but not getting much completed because they could not sit still for too long, because their concentration would not hold long enough and they would get bored easy.

Maybe the person that told you that is a very in depth person or someone that tends to over think things. Just because someone doesn't give long expectational answers doesn't mean they are weak minded. Do not take it personal and consider the source...

I think of a weak mind as someone who can be easily manipulated by others. Easily controlled, influenced that sort of thing.

you don't pick up things too fast, like when a joke was given, you're the last to laugh because you took time figuring the joke out. on other cases, it means you're too narrow-minded, so widen the thoughts up and be open to other ideas.

When I hear that I think it means the person does not try hard or can't focus on things and does not apply his or her whole brain to a task.

You're easily influenced by what others think and generally jump on the bandwagon. You don't have any thoughts for yourself. That's what it means to me, anyways.

It means you are easily swayed in your choices, like you want to stay home and watch TV, but your significant other screams at you to go out, and you go.

You can't think for yourself...you don't have personality or thoughts of your own..more like a follower...you just go along with anything...whether you like it or not..
