It's a little early yet for PC's for September. The first of July would be when most hotels start sending out promotion offers for September.
I do have one that's available now.

Sam's Town is a very nice hotel/casino on the Boulder Hwy. They have free shuttle(s) to the strip & downtown.
What I would do for the Harrah's PC is go to their site and sign up for e-mail updates. They will send you PC's for all of their properties when they become available.

Harrah's is pretty nice but I don't recommend the IP, if you can do without a pool try Bill's Gamlin Hall(ex Barbary Coast) this is now a Harrah's property and it has as good a location as any hotel in LV and it's much nicer than the IP.

I just got an excellent deal on mid week rates at harras in june...check out their official website and then click on "hot deals" or something to that effect...it will bring up a calandar showing you the cheapest rates for certain days.....the rates I got were about 50.00 less than the travel websites...

the best place to look is on cheapovegas.com on the side navigation bar there is a link called the hotel bargin bin in there people write the hotel deals they got where they got them and what promo codes they used...also check out orbitz vegas.com for goos prices.
