GOOD GRIEF! This would require a book. In fact you could probably write a whole book about each of your points. You better get down to the library and look up some books (they will all be organized into the same section of the library) about the US Civil War, Reconstruction and its effects. There are three Constitutional Amendments (just to take your last point) that have a LOT of different effects that no one here really has the time to go into.
READ SOME BOOKS!!!

It is over! Go get a recent American History book at the library or borrow one from an 8th grader.
This is what keeps alot of black ppl stirred up today!Ppl just cant seem to put the past behind them & use it to take anger out on others!
It is over & I am not responsible for anyone who doesn't work or study or pay their own bills today in this world.
All the opportunities are there! Use them!

How about YOU do some READING and research about each of these topics and answer the questions yourself. That way you will feel better not having cheated on an assignment and will probably learn something in the process. Good luck.
