the 9 is inside the radical how do I do this can you please explain the steps??

√(x^5.y³) / 9
= [ x^(5/2).y^(3/2) ] / 9

Attempt 2
Assume question is:-
[ √x^(5).y³ ] / 9
= [x^(5/2).y³ ] / 9

Attempt 3
Assume question is:-
√ [ x^5.y³ / 9 ]
= x^(5/2).y^(3/2) / 3

if the 9 is outside the radical:
sqrt((x^4)x(y^2)y)/9
((x^2)y/9) sqrt(xy)

if the 9 is in the radical then the answer is
((x^2)y/3) sqrt(xy)

does the sq root applt to 9 also?If so ,the answer is
x^2y√xy
