Okay, I'm a Dallas fan. I've sat back and listened (and read) all the crap about TO this off season so far, and last season etc. But a guy like Glenn looked downright quiet last year beside TO, and yet the pair are as dangerous a double downfield as you will find...

Tell me different!

Chad Johnson and Hows-your-mama certainly good for Cincy and Bouldin/Fitzgerald are fine, but the best receiving pair in the NFL right now is Marvelous Marvin Harrison and Reggie Wayne of the Colts.

If T.O. stays focused, the Boys receiver duo could give the Indy wideouts a run for their money. But until that happens, you gotta go with the Super Bowl winners.

Guess everyone has forgotten about Marvin Harrison and Reggie Wayne. Also, looking at Arizona's Fitzgerald and Boldin is a vicious 1-2 WR combo. If you are looking at pure potential, then Detroit will be up there with Roy Williams and Calvin Johnson. Speaking of a C.J., Chad Johnson with T.J. Houshmadzadeh from Cincinnati have become quite a strong wideout duo. That is a pretty good list of teams with a better one-two combination at WR over Dallas, even though Terry Glenn is one of the most underestimated and undervalued players today.

Me being a Cowboys fan myself it's hard to argue. But honestly it doesn't get any better than Marvin Harrison and Reggie Wayne from Indi. I mean c'mon it's not even close. T.J. and Chad Johnson, Fitz and Boldin are up there as well. The tandem with the most potential would be Roy Williams and Calvin Johnson in Detroit. But they have no QB so good luck wit that. Did i see someone mention Ashely Lelie and Darrell Jackson? Are you kidding cuz that couldn't have been serious. Lelie has done nothing in the nfl worth mentioning and Jackson is invisible most sundays. Keep it real... I'd put Chicago's Muhammad and Berrian above those wannabes...

Boldin and Fitzgerald are waaayyyy better than TO and Glenn. Boldin is a beast and will drag would be tacklers with him downfield. Fitz will catch anything thrown his way. Two all stars for the next 8 years. TO is getting old and had a case of the dropsies last year and I don't see this year being any different. Of coarse I wouldn't be able to make a case for any Dallas player because I can't stand the Cowboys!!!

This Question reminds me of something my old coach used to say...."everything looks great on paper but on grass its another equation" saying that how can anyone honestly rate Moss and Stallworth or Williams and Johnson in this debate?

I will start with the NE duo, Stallworth has never posted a 1000 yard season nor a double digit TD year. With Moss the question is how is he going to adapt to a disciplined program? How well are the two of them going to mesh with NE's offensive program? How fast are they going to get on the same page as Brady?

In Detroit its the same thing just different QB, an NFL wannabe game plan and alot of other issues that needs addressing, bottom line is we wont know until we see it.

In my personal opinion they are about even with Wayne/Harrison as the best advantage Indy because of a more established QB/WR/WR relationship.

Yeah I can name 5 teams with better tandems on there rosters. Wayne and Harrison, Chad Johnson and Houshmandzadeh, Boldin and Fitzgerald, Steve Smith and whoever there number 2 is. Holt and Bruce. I can keep going but thats enough for now. But I still think TO is won of the GOAT to play the WR position.

1. johnson and tj- Bengals
2. fitzgerald and boldin- Cardinals
3. to and glenn- Cowboys
4. harrison and wayne- Colts
5. williams and johnson- Detroit

i left out moss and stallworth because we dont know if moss will play up in new england. all they got working for them is a vertical game no technique whatsoever. i put the colts tandem down on the list because they are more effective as a trio than as a 1-2 punch.

you can't call them the best WR tandem with so many new ones and great ones (not in order of greatness):

1)reggie wayne and marvin harrison
2)randy moss and donte' stallworth
3)roy williams and calvin johnson
4)chad johnson and t.j. houshmanzadah (sorry about the spelling if it's wrong)
5)i'll put TO and terry glenn on the list
6)amani toomer and plaxcico burress

those are just a few of the best i could come up with.
TO and glenn are good but there are a lot better.

Anquan Boldin and Larry Fritzgerald are probably the best WR duos. Either them or Chad Johnson and Houshmanzadeh from the Bengals.
