I'm glad that at long last people are using this forum for some serious sensible debate.
Basically all the meals are the same,, they might change the ingredients slightly, but nutritionally it's not good news.
If you eat a quarter pounder with cheese and large fries, you've consumed 80% of your daily fat intake allowance, and that;s for a man. Make that a double quarter pounder, and that's your 100% used up....that's without coffee or a shake.. If you then look at the calories, that would add up to around 1250, mcdonalds have based the daily amounts on 2000 daily intake.. this means that your last 800 calories will have to be something totally fat free!!! why not enjoy a large bowl of porridge made with water and no sugar.. In short, visit a decent Fruitshop if you need a snack and stop eating this poison. the info supplied is direct form McD's website, and I'm sure the news from wendy's and BK is much the same .. basically unnutricious unhealthy,, But their fries do taste nice... it;s the sugar, salt and fat that does it!!!

Burger King. Wendy's has too many rumors and McDonald's food is made out of factory waste.

Burger King's fries. Wendy's chicken. None of them are really good for you though.

I can't pick one over the other although I do eat mostly at McDonald's(Big n'Tasty, Chicken sandwich, double cheeseburger, sundae and fries) Burger King(whopper/fries) and Wendy's(chicken nuggets/frosty's)

Well let me break it down for you...Mcdonald's have great fries and milkshakes and the salads are good but their hamburgers suck....Burger king has great hamburgers and deserts and their fries are ok...Wendy's is great when you are on a budget because they are cheap but their fries are awful but the salads are good...so I like something about all of them....

McDonald's. attempt traveling slightly. They use community produce in different international places. the proper McDonald's fries I ever had have been in Gitmo (Guantanamo Bay, Cuba). on condition that they use community produce, the potatos have been distinctive. those fries have been between 7 and 9 inches long. all of them, no shorties interior the backside. I ordered a brilliant, what I have been given became into what you notice right this moment as a "supersize". (nicely, it became into greater advantageous than 2 many years in the past...)
