Rabidlib is correct, the only Socialist country that entered the Korean war on the side of North Korea was the Peoples Republic of China.
There has only been one communist country in modern history, and that was Cambodia (April 1975 to Jan 1979 during the Khmer Rouge period), and every other so-called 'communist' country was in fact a socialist country. A socialist country can be run by a communist party or a non-communist party.
