I've actually read up on this (and lots of other things......lol).
They (whoever 'they' are) say that, 20 minutes is the perfect naptime to refresh you without leaving you feeling more tired. I have experimented with this and it seems to be true.
I usually allow myself 40 minutes to an hour for a 'power' nap because I often don't fall asleep straight away.
I must admit, I'm a big fan of 10 to 12 hour naps frequently too. lol

I measure naps in 20 minutes intervals.
So, it might be a quick 20 mins, but more likely 60 minutes.

I'm disabled, so I usually take one 2-3 hour nap a day ... if I'm feelin' real bad, I take two naps. :)
