Fear No One = Time Neminem
The one with 'vereor nemo' is from left field. Someone looked up a couple of words and used them. "Vereor' means 'I fear' in a different sense and 'nemo' cannot be used this way.
"Ut nullum timeret" translates to "in order that he may fear none".

I used to take latin, but I can't remember that much! However my friend is getting a tattoo with the latin phrase "Cogito, ergo sum" ("I think, therefore I am") which is quite a good latin quote. Here's the page on it if you want to read up on it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cogito_ergo_sum
