Valvoline 10w30 oil is the best, it will keep the engine cleaner than the rest of oils on the market. Quaker State is usually used in Fords but if not changed every 3K it will clog, Pennzoil will leave a film on the parts. I recommend Valvoline Oil with filter every 3K miles, Transmission every 20K miles and rear axle every 20K miles, Fuel filter every 20K miles and check the air filter every 3K and replace if necessary. Rotate the tires every 5K miles and they will last there full life if the suspension is in good condition. Good Luck and GOD Bless

Best oil and lubricants you can get. They have an application for everything.

One of the true 100% synthetic oils, not a Group III blend like Mobil 1 and Castrol Syntec.

there are syntetic blend oils for hi mileage cars. usually a 10w -40w. neme brands are more expencive but store brands like wal-mart's or k-marts will do just as well. the key is the frequency of the oil changes and changing oil filters.
