Mine is cigarettes. I hope to stop but after 40 years it is not easy. I want to stop but don't have the will power. I don't drink or do drugs, so that is the only one I have. I guess I will need the Lords help for that one. I sure could use it.My Husband quit cold turkey about twenty years ago but he vents his stress. I have so much stress with my daughters cancer that I find it soothing at times to light up. Good question.
