Why can't liberals accept that law abiding citizens should have (and do have) the right to a concealed weapon?

Simple: liberals don't trust law abiding citizens and believe that only outlaws should have guns. They think that guns are the problem, and not the criminals carrying. Third, liberals believe more in protecting criminals than protecting law-abiding citizens. That's why they're also against the death penalty.

If you think about it, if every single person was required by law to carry a gun on them at all times, there would be virtually no crime. No criminal with any degree of sanity would ever attack a person who was 100% guaranteed to be carrying a gun on them. Countries with oppressive gun control statutes have also have oppressive crime rates, because law-abiding citizens have been deprived of the ability to defend themselves against attackers.

But there is NOTHING in the Constitution that says you have a right to run around with a concealed weapon.

Because liberal politicians are elite. No one is as smart or as capable as they are. How dare a person be able to defend themselves against criminals, rapists, murderers, etc.. How dare people be responsible and want to help keep the streets safer. How dare anyone EVER have an advantage over another person, even if that person is a criminal and means to do you harm... we are all equal.

That being mentioned, I agree. Guns dont kill people, people kill people, and if there were no guns, people would find other ways to kill each other. Its sad but true, and banning handguns or whatever nonsense some people come up with is not going to change that.

Responsible gun owners must be tolerated because they are qualified to carry firearms. The illegal possessors of guns must be the ones who should be incarcerated.
