It would depend on the severity of the traffic law; running a red light would be a serious offense and possibly get you and others killed... I would hope most people would obey such laws... a rolling stop at a stop sign, depending on visibility, probably not going to hurt anyone... unless a cop sees you do it and is having a bad day... I usually see a few broken traffic laws each day, most are minor though... I've broken a few laws ie. a rolling stop or speeding...

Rarely. I'm always wondering if there's a traffic cop around the corner, casing the intersection where I'm stuck at a red light yet there's no other traffic for miles around. But I've run a few and have even driven 75 in a 55 mph zone before out in the country.....

No. Because last few times I did that a cop was so conveniently hiding to catch me in the act. So not ever again!
