The visitation is court ordered...What is the age the child can make a decesion if he/she wants to keep seeing the other parent??

Your local city councilman can probably tell you, or a divorce lawyer. A lawyer or local judge might tell you for free if you call him on the phone.

There is no court in the U.S. that can force a child to go on visitation. The court order is so that the custodial parent doesn't try to keep the child from seeing the non-custodial parent. NOT to force the child to see the non-custodial parent. If the child doesn't want to go the child does not HAVE to go. The age does not matter.

13 at least that is what it was when my niece no longer wanted to see her dad the court said she is old enough to decide that for herself
