hmmm, what about when its minus one person who can't hear?
hmmm, here's a thought: one thing I have learned is that families in poverty are just LOUDER. they are. and I deal with it everyday. the kids have to be, because they are always screaming for attention, over everyone else who screams (think Samuel Jackson, he doesn't ever "talk", he screams, or yells).
well, comparatively, our family is quiet. even counting dad. trust me on this.

My family is so loud that the vibration from the sounds waves make the ear plugs fall out of my ears. No, seriously. They are so loud that my ear plugs do not work.

My family talks loud because there are several hard of hearing people in the family and we've all become accustomed to speaking loudly. I am not joking.
