I need to get a new laptop or desktop but I haven't decided yet which I should get. Right now I have a Sony Vaio laptop and there is a bigger chance of me not gonna get one from sony again because gives me too much problems. I don't know what I need to get. I heard Apple Mac is the best one but I am not familiar with it. I am not a gamer and most of the time I use my laptop for work and internet. What should I get then? any suggestions?

I would suggest you look into purchasing a Dell These are excellent Pc's I have three. I have been doing business with Dell for over twelve years and haven't had a problem. I believe these are the best Pc's for the budget minded individual. I personally wouldn't touch a Mac. Even if it was given to me. Some complain about Dell, We won't even talk about Mac customer support, Or should I say Lack there of. Here is the dite take a look for yourself.....http://www.dell.com/

Hope it helps.

If you're not into games, I would get a laptop as they are much more convenient. Right now, I'm by the jacuzzi, and later I might take it to the coffee shop, something you just can't do with a desktop.

Dells are good. I use a IBM/Lenovo. But HP, Toshiba and Sony should all be good in a laptop. Check with Dell, COSTCO, or Amazon, and get the extended warranty.

Get a Dell Inspiron E1505 or Latitude D620.
Excellent service, cheap computer for what is offered.
