5x (12 + 89x) - 7x(15 + 91x)
= 60x + 445x² - 105x - 637x²
= -192x² - 45x (UNFACTORED FORM)
= -3x(64x + 15) (FACTORED FORM)

First, you need to use the Distributive Property of Arithmetic.

So, you distribute the 5x to both 12 and 89x to get:
5x(12 + 89x)
(5x *12) + (5x * 89x)
60x + 445x^2

You do the same thing in the second part:
7x(15 + 91x)
(7x * 15) + (7x * 91x)
105x + 637x^2

Then, subtract them. Don't forget to distribute the minus!
(60x + 445x^2) - (105x + 637x^2)
60x + 445x^2 - 105x - 637x^2
-45x - 192x^2

The End

Ps Looked at the answers first before figuring out

Factor and multiply this way-Polynonimal
5x16=60x
5x*89x=445x squared

MINUS

7x*15=105x
7x*91x=637x squared

60x + 445x squared - 105x +637 x squared

60x - 105x= -45x
445 x squared - 637 x squared = 192 x squared

-45x + 192 x squared
192 x squared -45x in order of it's distrbution????

you are being asked to expand and regroup this is an application of a(b+c)=a*b+a*c

lets break it down, in the first term a=5x, b=12, and c=89x
so lets apply the rule
5x(12+89x)=5x*12+5x*89x=60x+485x^2

now lets apply the rule to the second term
a=-7x, b=15, c=91
so lets apply the rule
-7x(15+91x)=-7x*15-7x*91x=-105x-367x^2

we' e evaluated the first term and the second term so lets put it together by adding both terms
60x+485x^2-105x-367x^2=45x-118X^2

now you maybe asked to simplify in which case you need to revove common factors so you would get x(45-118x)

5x(12+89x) - 7x(15+91x)
= 60x+445x2 - 105x -637x2
=-45x -192x2
x(-45-192x)
x=0
-45 -192x =0
-45 =0 +192x
-45 =192x
x= -45/192
x(0,-45/192) Final Answer

60x+445x^2-105x-637x^2
-192x^2-45x
Greatest Common Factor: -3x
-3x(64x+15)

If you multiply out, you get:

60x+445x^2-105x-637x^2

Combine like terms, and you get:

-192x^2-45x or x(-192x-45)

Depending on whether you're asked to solve for x when the expression is =0, you're either done or the values of x are
x=0 or x=45/192

Distribute to get:
60x+445x^2-105x-637x^2

Combine like terms:
-192x^2-45x

Factor out -3x
-3x (64x-15)
